Apple and Samsung produce the most stylish phones but Samsung has previously failed to give Apple iPhone a tough competition but things changed with the introduction of Samsung Galaxy S8 things will change.
Design and Display
I-phone in terms of breadth is 7.1mm and weighs 138 g. Overall it’s a very sleek phone easy to handle. There is not much change in the display in comparison to its previous edition. The screen is 4.7 inches with the ratio of 16:9 with the same LCD retina. Samsung is a little thicker, 8mm and heavier 155g. Most make it stand apart from I-phone is the curvy edge on all four corners. Samsung will be slightly heavier to handle but in the display, the brand has an upper hand over i-phone owing to its “Infinity Display.”
The screen occupies 95% of the screen as compared to the I-phone 5.8 inches with an up gradation to OLED, makes the display sharper and brighter.
I-Phone is definitely a winner at offering more color options in Jet Black, Black, Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, and Red while Samsung Galaxy S8 is available in black, silver, and blue only.
Both are certified water and dust proof with a certification of IP67 for I-Phone and IP68 for Samsung. We know the clear winner.
iPhone and Samsung Camera
In all honesty, there is only a marginal difference between the two. Samsung is a winner at 8MP module with a fast f/1.7 aperture compared to the iPhone 7’s 5MP module with slower f/2.2 aperture. In spite of the win, Samsung has not changed its technology since S6. Pictures shot by Samsung are less pixelated capturing the details and work well in low-lightening as compared to Apple. The selfie taken from Samsung’s front camera will be better as it has an 8MP sensor with the f/1.7 aperture as compared to iPhone 5MP and f/2.2 combo. In addition, Samsung offers snapchat like filters.
No matter what phone you use, battery and power will always be an issue. Samsung has wireless charging first of all, which charges faster than I-phone with 100% charge in 1 hour with a capacity is at 3000Ah. While I-phones is at 1960mAh taking double time than Samsung.
